Rich, creamy Hass Avocados make up our handmade guacamole. Fresh produce arrives throughout the week from California’s Salinas Valley, when possible. Salsas are prepared in-house every day. Responsibly-sourced seafood, all natural chicken raised without antibiotics and all natural steak are found across our menu. Stone-ground corn tortillas made with real white corn, water and lime warmly wrap it all together. And we will use only cage-free eggs by 2025.
But our commitment isn’t just about using great ingredients, it’s about the ones we refuse to use. Additives like artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, added MSG, high-fructose corn syrup, food coloring from artificial sources, partially hydrogenated oils and many more with names too difficult to pronounce are never allowed in our kitchen.1
