Rich, creamy Hass Avocados make up our handmade guacamole. Fresh produce arrives throughout the week from California’s Salinas Valley, when possible. Salsas are prepared in-house every day. Responsibly-sourced seafood, all natural chicken raised without antibiotics and all natural steak are found across our menu. Stone-ground corn tortillas made with real white corn, water and lime warmly wrap it all together. And we will use only cage-free eggs by 2025.
But our commitment isn’t just about using great ingredients, it’s about the ones we refuse to use. Additives like artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, added MSG, high-fructose corn syrup, food coloring from artificial sources, partially hydrogenated oils and many more with names too difficult to pronounce are never allowed in our kitchen.1

One Word: Fresh
For being a retail chain, this place has some really surprisingly fresh food. As in, it taste’s like it was just gathered. Their fish is excellent and everything is always prepared very well. I’ve never had a bad meal here and everything has always been great. It’s nice they offer an outside patio you can eat on too.
Rubio’s always offers some really fresh and delicious seafood. I come here for the tasty fish tacos they offer and am never disappointed, although I have tried other things on the menu as well and all have been great. I would recommend that anyone looking for some fresh, grilled, seafood in Redlands consider trying this place and giving them a shot.
